The Asset Advisory team is responsible for the preparation of all SEC level reporting for each ETP under management, including quarterly and annual reports to shareholders.
The ETRE Trader Order Management System (OMS) allows real estate investors to view property specific information on each Exchange Traded Property and over 140 publicly traded portfolio REITs with real-time parameters such as cap rate, loan to value, and price per square foot.
The OMS supports investors through the conversion of equity based metrics into property level information with the enhanced attribute of the ETRE Trader's patent-pending OMS technology to mark to market pricing and trading of commercial real estate in both price per share and price per square foot (office, retail, industrial), price per key (hotel), and price per unit (multi-housing).

Exchange Traded Properties (ETPs) are a series of publicly traded single asset real estate investment trusts.
ETPs are standard equities that are listed on national stock exchanges and can be traded through any stock brokerage firm.

ETRE Tenant Profiles, LLC is a joint venture between ETRE Financial and Rapid Ratings to support credit analysis on tenant profiles of individual real estate assets and portfolio REITs.
ETRE Tenant Profile Reports (ETPR) uses a proprietary quantitative ratings system that produces Tenant Risk Ratings (TRR) and the corresponding ETPR score. A TRR measures a tenant's financial stability and its overall ability to remain competitive against its global peers, and the ETPR score provides an information benchmark that enables a more well-informed investment decision, to improve more accurate risk management.
ETPRs are available for individual properties and custom portfolios, based on specific user requirements. ETPRs are also available for publicly traded REITs constructed with top tenant listings.
